AB-BLAST

15 minutes of training the abdominal muscles. Total Body Conditioning (TBC). The best of both! This circuit class alternates weights, barbells and fat burning cardio exercises. Great class for the total body!

AB-SO-GLUTLY STEP

Step combinations concentrating on the "bottom" half and the abdominals.

ANYTHING GOES CARDIO

A great Cardio workout mixing it up with different equipment to keep it fun & exciting

BASIC BAG CLASSES

This class wil cover basic form & techniques for kicks & punches.

BAG CLASSES

This class uses heavy bags as a target for your kicks and punches. Bag drills are for cardio & for toning. You'll leave this class feeling powerful and stress free!

BOSU BALANCE TRAINING

This gives "Moving with Control" a whole new meaning. The Bosu allows you to combine cardio, strength training and flexibility training in a way unlike anything you have done before.

CARDO BLAST

10 Minutes of warm up & stretch. 30 Minutes of aerobics to burn calories & 15 minutes to

firm everything up!

CARDIO KICKBOX

This is a fast paced fat burning workout. The hour is filled with jumps, jabs, kicks, strikes & much more.

CIRCUIT

A combination of Body Conditioning and Step for Strength and Stamina.

INTERVAL STEP/AEROBICS

100% Pure Cardio. Intervals of step and Hi/Low aerobics will give you a fat burning experience

INTERVAL STEP/KICKBOX

Intervals of step & kickboxing to burn calories and tone muscle.

PILATES

This class will focus on the "core" muscles.

SPINNING

Indoor group cycle class with SPINNING certified instructors.


STABILITY BALL

Get ready to work & feel your muscles to the core. This class focuses on your core strength and balance using a fitness ball! GET ON THE BALL!

STEP

The step bench has been around forever for a reason! Step is a great way to get a great sweat with very low impact. Great for all levels of fitness.

STEP X 'S TWO

Use two benches to create a fun filled workout .

TBC

Cardio & weights throughout the whole hour. A continual sweat!

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (TBC)

A barbell weight lifting class that can sculpt it all. Challenging for men but great for women!

TOTAL BODY LIFT (TBL)

This class will change your body. 60 minutes of awesome music and instruction. TBC is a total strength training workout using barbells and weights. This is a class for every fitness level.

YOGA

Yoga begins with a warm up of the muscles, spine & joints. Poses are practiced to add strength, balance & flexibility. Work hard then RELAX!

20/20/20

Step for 20 minutes. Hi/Lo for 20 minutes & weights & abs for 20 minutes.
